Ingredients

Enriched wheat flour, Sugars, sugar, dextrose, Defatted soy flour, Palm oil and Canola oil and Modified Palm Oil shortening, Sodium acid pyrophosphate, Sodium bicarbonate, Dried whole egg, Skim milk powder, Buttermilk powder, Whey powder, Salt, Monocalcium phosphate. Allergens: Contains: Soy, Milk, Wheat, Eggs.

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Pour the water into a mixing bowl
  2. Add the pancake mix gradually while mixing
  3. Mix by hand with a wire wisk or wooden spoon for 1 1/2 minutes or on a machine with wire whip attachment for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on low speed. Do not overmix.
  4. Fry on a griddle at 190ºC/375ºF for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes per side until golden brown. Turn once.

For 28 pancakes = 4 cups of mix / 3 cups of water
