Gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), sugar, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.

Preparation & Cooking

– 1 cup pancake mix
– 1 tbsp melted butter
– 1 egg
– 3/4 cup milk
Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (do not overmix). Pour portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubble, then flip and cook until done, about 2-3 mins per side. Makes around 8 pancakes.
