Long grain regular milled rice. Double water polished, colour sorted, milled to a pearl white appearance. Cooks up fluffy and perfect every time.
Preparation & Cooking
Bring water or stock to a boil. Stir in rice, salt and butter (if desired). Cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook over low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat. Transfer immediately to shallow pan(s). Fluff with a fork.
Serving Suggestions
Serving Size 1/4 cup (45g) makes about 1 cup cooked. Serving about 10/16oz
