15 Day Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products! At MapleStaple, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase(s). Examples are:

  • Receiving a product you didn’t order (like shampoo when you ordered conditioner)
  • Receiving an incorrect type of product (like cake flour when you ordered all-purpose flour)
  • Receiving a product in a damaged or unsanitized container
  • Receiving a product that is damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way

Our policy offers a full refund within 15 days of your date of purchase, providing the product has not been used and is in the same condition in which you received it. We also offer replacement products, although we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

We would love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

The speed at which you’ll get your money back varies widely, because once we process your refund at MapleStaple, it is up to your credit card company to post the credit to your account. This can take 3 to 5 business days with some and up to 30 days or longer with others.

We will also like to pick up the MapleStaple item you don’t want, so please keep it so we can do an inspection. If you decide to place another order, please place the unwanted item (s) in the tote provided or let us know a convenient time when we can pick it up.

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 5pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

 

COVID COMPLIANCE

Any products that have been used will not be able to be refunded.
